Emerald green in Rowan's Cocoon for me to wear at the New Moon showing next month. These Bella mittens are so nice to knit. I am looking forward to the new film very much and am still reading Breaking Dawn. I make it last by just reading a few pages at a time as I do NOT want it to end. Sad or what? Meanwhile I am enjoying the vampire fest around now by watching Being Human with the gorgeous, smouldering Aidan Turner who was brilliant in Desperate Romantics as Dante Gabriel Rossetti. As well as the obvious (!), hasn't he got lovely teeth? Also I've just got into True Blood which is a far more violent and x rated version but I looooooove the title music.
Dare I show you this ::
A new blanket made with Rowan Felted Tweed and Porridge coloured Scottish Tweed for the background. I am joining this one as I go along.
Please don't forget to leave a comment.

Beautiful mittens. That is a lovely colour.

I know exactly what you mean about not wanting it to end. I read Breaking Dawn and had a sense of emptiness afterwards.
I'm rereading New Moon at the moment and will more than likely not be able to resist going straight onto Eclipse again.

Love the mittens and the new blanket though I can also see the potential for a very stylish scarf there too! :) X

I love the mittens!! But I love Rowan Tweed even more!! Every time I go in a yarn shop at the moment I have to pull myself away otherwise I'm worried I might buy the whole lot!

Wow I really like the look of your blanket. Is it easy to join as you go?

BEAUTIFUL cable mittens. I like the long gauntlets (?) or cuffs. That's a good color for you. I'm actually going to cast on for some nice fingerless gloves for myself this weekend while it rains.

Hi, Zoe! Your crochet is gorgeous - such lovely colours! The mittens are great plus the wrist warmers you've made, too. You must be a very speedy worker!
Hope you have a great weekend! We're going to Dover Castle to soak up some history - hope it stops raining...
